Committed Fitness will provide the most cutting edge, state of the art training and nutritional strategies available. Committed Fitness's staff is highly educated and passionate about the science of exercise and nutrition. Helping each client enjoy an individualized, challenging, results-oriented workout is our goal. Each session will offer fun, progressively more challenging routines so that the client achieves his or her desired fitness goal.

Garth Wotkyns: Founder

The founder of Committed Fitness is Garth Wotkyns. He has been involved in bodybuilding and power lifting for the last 15 years. While attending college, he played outside linebacker.

After a shoulder injury cut his football career short he began training for and competing in events ranging from open ocean swims, tough man contests and local adventure races. His true passion lies in helping athletes achieve their fitness goals through intense functional training and specialized nutrition.

Garth's client list has included Miss Fitness World runner-up, Lee Labrada figure overall winner, Texas State figure winner, top ranked amateur bodybuilders, NFL hopefuls, local police and Federal Agents.

Ramsey Leblanc, investor and client, calls Committed Fitness workouts challenging and enjoyable.

Garth’s client list has included 2004 XGames Gold Medal winner Chuck Carothers and University of Richmond Quarterback, Jason Gabrels.

My results from Garth Wotkyns, CFT, Committed Fitness

I started working with Garth after I had endured major abdomen surgery and I was 46 years young.  Since I had a new outlook on life, I felt it was time to invigorate my overall health with professional training.  We originally focused on exercises to improve my golf game.  As I progressed and was exposed to the enthusiasm that radiates from Garth, I felt compelled to set goals and take my training to a new level.  We achieved weight lifting goals on my 47th birthday.  We have new weight lifting and body goals for this year.  We have my daughter, that recently had a baby boy, now enlisted in programs that will assist her and challenge her to recover and reach new levels pertaining to her overall health.  I am a Vice President of a company that employs 100 people and Garth was kind enough to speak at one of our sales meetings on the importance of being physically fit to our entire sales and engineering departments.  He was rated as one of our top speakers by the attendees for the entire event.

Garth is a first class trainer that motivates, encourages and challenges you to move forward.  He will make your sessions fun and you fully aware of the big picture which consists of resistance and cardiovascular training, flexibility and most important, nutrition.
