Committed Fitness will provide the most cutting edge, state of the art training and nutritional strategies available. Committed Fitness's staff is highly educated and passionate about the science of exercise and nutrition. Helping each client enjoy an individualized, challenging, results-oriented workout is our goal. Each session will offer fun, progressively more challenging routines so that the client achieves his or her desired fitness goal.
 

 

Box-fit was designed with the idea of creating the most effective workout within a one hour time period. When considering the factors of strength, aerobic, and anaerobics conditioning plus the elements of fun and sports specific training, Garth Wotkyns has developed his most intensive workout to date.

The workout consists of 30 minutes of Olympic-style lifts such as the squat clean, jerk, deadlift, split squat, as well as plyometrics. The second half of the workout is devoted to boxing-style training that includes jumping rope, shadow boxing, and work with the heavy bag, focus mitts, and speed bag. All workouts are performed within an hour with Garth Wotkyns or boxing coach Tom McCusker.

The box-fit workout is the ultimate training experience, especially when you have a limited amount of time.
