Committed Fitness's staff is highly educated and passionate about the science of exercise and nutrition. Helping each client enjoy an individualized, challenging, results-oriented workout is our goal. Each session will offer fun, progressively more challenging routines so that the client achieves his or her desired fitness goal.

Mike Haynes made a drastic transformation by losing 48 lbs. of bodyfat and adding 14lbs. of new muscle in 16 weeks. Mike also competed in the 2006 Lackland Bodybuilding Tournament.
