Committed Fitness will provide the most cutting edge, state of the art training and nutritional strategies available. Committed Fitness's staff is highly educated and passionate about the science of exercise and nutrition. Helping each client enjoy an individualized, challenging, results-oriented workout is our goal. Each session will offer fun, progressively more challenging routines so that the client achieves his or her desired fitness goal.
 
 
Garth Wotkyns lost 2.5 inches from his waist and brought bf% from 10% to 5% in 14 weeks
 
 
Tonya Briney slashed her bodyfat in half and gained lean muscle in the process. 12 week shape up
 
 
Marshall Blanchard lost 43 lbs of bodyfat while gaining muscle. He competes in local/state strongman contests.
 
 
Mark Brimmage gained 8 lbs of muscle and brought bodyfat from 15% to 6.5% all in 11 weeks.

Mary Ann Hebrank lost 3 inches through her hips, drastically increased her strength and muscularity and placed 4th in the NGA Southern States Physique Tournament. This was all part of her 16 week training program.
